Pivotal IT will soon be solving its 1 millionth service ticket!

Since 1998, we’ve been fortunate to serve and form strong partnerships with some of the  across the Upstate of South Carolina and Western North Carolina.
Thanks to you, we are able to celebrate this achievement.

Our clients are our most important asset and for all of us at Pivotal IT, this milestone is a testament to our goal of keeping customers productive through any circumstance and doing so with a positive and helpful attitude. 

This impressive number of tickets reflects the remarkable amount of technology support provided by the Pivotal IT team.  With unparalleled determination, we have helped our clients with thousands of proactive fixes, hundreds of
strategic network improvements and numerous other requests – and look forward to millions more.   

As a token of our appreciation for helping us reach this milestone we’ll be giving away 4 tickets to NCG Movie Theaters and a “ticket to ride” at  to the user that submits the 1 millionth service ticket.
